RETURNS
RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FOR ITEMS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT.

Submit your return request within 48 HOURS of receiving the order.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Exchanges depend on availability.
Sale items are final.

ORDERING

If no one is available at delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery.

REFUNDS
Refunds (if approved) are processed 5–7 BUSINESS DAYS after the return is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size (if in stock).
If the size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
