REFUND POLICY
At SMALL+CROSS we review every refund request carefully to maintain a fair and consistent experience for our customers.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
Refunds are only offered if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 HOURS of receiving your order.
Items must be unused unwashed and returned in original packaging.
NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Sale items are final.
International orders are final.
Items that are worn washed or altered are not eligible.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected we notify you of approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time is 5–7 BUSINESS DAYS after inspection.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size depending on stock.
If the requested size is unavailable a refund will be issued instead.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after dispatch.
If you forgot an item please place a new order.
